From the earliest memories of family life, we brothers have always had a foot on two continents, with aunts in America, brothers in India. Its not surprising that we grew up passionate about both cuisines and determined to bring together the best of each.

Exhausting the family in our early years, with endless requests for Korma Burgers or Pizza Bhaji, we soon realised that the best of these worlds lay in the purity of Indian cuisine and the independence of American food.

Today, we bring you Shanti and Louisiana, where both cuisines sit comfortably, side by side, under the same roof. Here, dedicated and specialised Indian and American trained chefs deliver the best of both worlds to your table.
